Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Everbloom Digital Services (ABN 86 336 743 153) (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share your personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and business name when you enquire, book, take a quiz or become a client.
  • Quiz and form answers: for example your answers and score on the AI Leverage Quiz, and anything you write in a contact form.
  • Project information: details about your business, website, logins and content that you share with us so we can deliver web design, website rescue, web care, design or AI services.
  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Website information: basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, and cookies needed for the site to work.

We only collect sensitive information if you choose to share it and it is reasonably necessary for the work.

2. How we collect it

Directly from you, through our website forms and quizzes, email, phone, video calls and our payment platform. Interactive tools on our training pages (such as the Growth Engine’s ideal client builder) run only in your browser and are not sent to us.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and deliver the services you ask for.
  • To show you your quiz results and send you information related to them.
  • To send you tips, updates and offers only where you have agreed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To process payments and keep the financial records we are required to keep.
  • To look after and improve our website and services, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as our web hosting provider (Namecheap), our email delivery service (Brevo) and our payment provider (Stripe), or where the law requires it. Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

5. Storage and security

Our contact list is kept in our own website system on secure, access-controlled hosting. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires, and then securely delete or de-identify it.

6. Access and correction

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is wrong, out of date or incomplete. Contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Unsubscribing and deletion

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask us to delete your information, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, financial records kept for tax purposes).

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work properly, and may use simple analytics to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your information properly, please contact us first so we can make it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
